Odor Removal With Ozone: Our odor removal service has been effective in many situations that the client had given up hope after spending so much money and time with other methods that failed. Our process DOES REQUIRE TO BE VACATED of any persons or animals during the operation of the ozone generator. We first must try to identify the source of the odor and remove the source. Then we partition the area(s) infected by the odor. By partitioning off areas is to help the ozone more concentrated in smaller areas to be more effective in a much shorter period of time. Some of the odors we have removed in the past are odors from: Smoke and cigar smoke, Skunk, rotted animals, rotted food or trash, trash collection rooms, mildew, stale air from closed rooms, vomit, urine, feces and so much more!

Pressure Washing: We offer a multi-step process to ensure a much better result. We first identify the material to be cleaned to regulate the proper PSI and by knowing the material and if there is foreign material be removed will help us identify the specific chemical to use. Then we first use plain water to rinse the surface and loosen any foreign matter. Then once we use a low pressure setting we then apply the chemical then we allow proper dwell time needed to be effective then we rinse again with either low and/or high pressure water. We can offer a cleaning on many surfaces to ensure an effective outcome but depending on certain foreign matter, the material to be cleaned and most of all the condition of the surface to be cleaned will also determine what method we should apply. Many people have requested the following to be cleaned: Houses to remove dirt and mildew. Buildings to remove graffiti, exteriors to prep for painting, Walkways to remove dirt, stains, moss, etc. Garage floors to remove oil stains.

Post-Construction Cleaning: We have performed this service in commercial settings from 5,000 Sq. Ft. to 90,000 Sq. Ft. We have the experienced staff and equipment to perform an effective outcome and ensure communication with project managers to communicate progress to meet deadlines. We offer 3 levels of service to help accommodate the clients particular needs.  Level 1 is the most intensive which starts with removing unwanted debris either into your selected trash collection dumpster or we can arrange dumpster rental as well as bulky item removal. This would be followed by a cleaning of the interior which would be everything in view and other directed areas including removal of appliance protective if requested. Areas would be free of dust, dirt and other debris. Level 3 is effective as a last minute cleaning to make the area ready for opening. Usually this service has been used after we do a level 1 or level 2 cleaning and then merchandisers have gone in to stock product and left debris behind. But this can also be used as a stand-alone service as well.

Window Cleaning: We service both residential and commercial clients to freshen up windows to rid them of built up soils and fingerprints either as a one time service or continual visit intervals.

Building Maintenance Cleaning: This is highly beneficial to building managers of many industries. We focus on keeping buildings interior in visual compliance but keeping floor areas clean for hard floors and carpeted areas as well. Glass will be free of prints and debris, rails are wiped for cleanliness and sanitation. Any stainless steel or metal surfaces free of prints and other areas that need to be visually compliant.
